Branford Festival 2013 By the Numbers

It’s looking like a perfect weekend to spend some time outdoors enjoying our town and all it has to offer and what better event to remind you than the Branford Festival?

There’s something for everyone between the food and entertainment, the rides and the 5K, the vendors and car show and did I mention food?

So what are you most looking forward to? Here’s what you can expect at the 29th annual 2013 Branford Festival:

• 3 days of fun from Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16
• 19 food vendors
• 8 musical acts on the Town Hall Stage, including Introduction: The Chicago Experience on Friday; Scarab: The Journey Experience on Saturday; and Nicole Frechette on Sunday.
• 12 finalists competing in Branford’s Got Talent on Sunday, June 16
• 3,200+ runners expected for the 33rd annual Father's Day Road Race on Sunday, June 16
• 65 classic cars in the car show on Sunday, June 16 (weather-permitting). Cars should be on the Green by 9 a.m.

• 38 Committee members and countless volunteers, who began preparation in the rain on Monday.
