David Pham, 19, of Village Street, North Haven, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in a private location at 11:36 p.m. on July 30. His court date was set for Aug. 16. Arresting officer: N. Torino

Theodore Joseph Gagnon, 20, of Hillside Avenue, Branford, was charged with violation of conditional discharge at 10:40 a.m. on July 31. His court date was set for July 31. Arresting officer: R. Hart
