Thursday After Hours with Martha and Maggie: Caseus Cheese Tasting

Join Martha and Maggie for a Cheese Tasting with Cheesemonger Andrew from Caseus Fromagerie and Bistro of New Haven on June 6, 6:30-8:30pm.

Every cheese has a story...we are very excited to bring to you an evening of learning about and tasting cheese. Cheesemonger Andrew from CASEUS FROMAGERIE AND BISTRO will give us a class on cheeses--lots of background information and "cheesy stories" as well.
 
Caseus, a one-of-a-kind store, retails over 100 artisan cheeses from local small producers and the word's most unique and gastronomically significant countries. Their fine cheeses are aged professionally in special "cave" facilities and are offered along with the knowledge and passion they have for each product.
 
Join us at the Martha Link Walsh Gallery from 6:30-8:30pm to learn, eat and be entertained. Refreshments will be served. A $10 reservation is necessary as space is limited and interest is high. Any questions, call Martha or Maggie at 203-481-3505.
