In this class, we will learn about the nature of anger and how to manage it by engaging in simple meditation techniques. Be kind to yourself and others; learn to stop any form of anger whenever it threatens to arise. Everyone welcome regardless of background or experience. Each class will include guided meditations, a brief talk, and time for discussion and Q & A. Light refreshments will be provided.
$20 or free for members
