My name is Michele Antisdel but my friends call me "Shell".  I have lived in East Haven since 1989.My husband and I, Ross Antisdel, own Shaolin Kempo Academy, a martial arts and fitness facility that has been in East Haven for 25 years.  Our school motto is "Honor, Integrity, Respect".  Our goal is to bring the martial arts and fitness to everyone of all ages in an environment that respects the individual. I have two daughters, one teen, one young adult. I am a huge dog lover (of HUGE dogs!) and am the proud human Mommy to Xena (a girlie Rottweiler) and Loki (a.k.a "Monster Boy"--Bull Mastiff/Pit Mix). My hobbies include oil painting, motorcycle riding, and hikking.
