Betcha most of those liquor stores are owned by black Indians too. Just like the convenienceRead More stores accepting FOOD STAMPS for cigarettes and beer. No surprise here. Cash money, no taxes paid.

Hmmm...a psycho steals guns from his Mom and then kills her. Idiot politicians then decide toRead More "make CT safer" by requiring background checks for all legal gun owners. Psychos and criminals do not need to apply. Now they are bogged down. Well it will give the politicians and stae worker's unions another reason to raise taxes and hire more overpaid members. See it all makes sense if you suck off the public tittie.

Arbie, careful there. This is Connecticut, after all. Someone might alert the police you are an evilRead More gun owner, and they'll be coming for you. :) Can't have the populace able to defend themselves, after all...

Let me see if I got this correct, 30 months (2 1/2 yrs) for his part in the distrubution of drugs.Read More But here is the catch. WHY was he out of prison to do this. Check this out and see for yourself why we are loosing the battle with crime. 5/2006 arrested for possession sawed-off shotgun w/ silencer. The next month her pleads guilty is sentenced to 5 yrs, suspended after 2 yrs. So that should put him back on the street in June 2008, right. WRONG June 2007 more (numerous) gun charges. Oct 2007, sentenced to 4 yrs, again suspended after 2 yrs and more probation. So, he should now get out in Oct 2009. Right. Didn't like it on the outside I guess for he was charged with fighting PO's in late 2010, gets 1 yr sentenced in 11/2010. So, he should have been in until Nov 2011. When did he have time to all this new stuff? Busy man. But then again if the DOC would keep people in jail as court orders, this may have not happened. But, we are a let them loose state, aren't we.

Tell the truth Vance! I bet you a pizza you're wrong!! There maybe no actual "quota" inRead More policy, but all troopers are expected to issue a certain amount of tickets in their assigned area, and they do keep "score". If one trooper is lagging behind in tickets compared to the top ticket writers he/she can be given an unsatisfactory evaluation. An unsatisfactory evaluation can cost a trooper their annual raise/increase in salary. And let's not forget the rivalries between troops on which one can issue the most tickets in a certain period. One commander offered free pizza to the troop who issued the most tickets.
