Head chef/owner Guiseppe Bevilacqua started his cooking career in a small Italian village. Before moving to Branford and opening Pepe & Rose in 1996, he studied the culinary arts in Germany and Switzerland. Here, he cooks up daily and weekly specials. A takeout menu is available on the website.
