Avant Garde Salon & Beauty Academy

<p>Avant Garde is a salon and more; it's also a spa, a holistic center and a cosmetology academy. In addition to its professional haircut services, Avant Garde hosts classes and workshops and offers a 1,500-hour course to help amateur cosmetologists work toward a Connecticut license.</p> <p>Some topics of the classes and workshops at Avant Garde are  guided meditation, Reiki, physic readings, angel card readings and hypnotherapy.</p> <p>Avant Garde shares a building with the Hole-in-the-Wall Deli.</p>
