Community Update

HORRIBLE customer service. Took over a month to process an insurance claim to get a new phone. Went into the location 4 times when finally they said they would call me. Never received a phone call and when confronted them about it I was told, "we have a whole list of people that we are suppose to call and don't and once its time to go we don't want to think about it any more." Are you serious!!! Wouldn't wish my worst enemy to go there. No respect.
