Laps For Love/Guilford

A lifelong member of our community has recently been diagnosed with advanced stage cancer which will require intensive treatment. First Lieutenant Carl Hubbard, a Guilford Volunteer firefighter who was once focused on saving lives, must now concentrate on his own survival and that of his family. Carl, his wife, Stacey, a teacher at Community Nursery School right here in Guilford, and their son Cameron, a 4th grader at Cox Elementary School, have a journey ahead of them. We, as a small and caring community, will walk alongside them in support. In honor of Valentine’s Day, and the true meaning of love, we invite you to join us for LAPS for LOVE:

a family friendly event! Come walk, run, skip, or hop around the Guilford High School track. Enjoy hot cocoa, coffee, snacks & music!

All donations are warmly welcomed (suggested donation is $5 per lap)

100% of the proceeds will be given to the Hubbard family for everyday needs.
