Join us for two hours of fun at the beach and experience the natural resources that Branford and Long Island Sound have to offer! All are welcome, including children – Learn techniques, harvest your own clams and keep your catch! Sample local steamed clams and Owenego-made Clam Chowder, take home recipes and watch demonstrations! Browse educational materials provided by our partners. Prizes will be awarded.

Bring your own rake or pitchfork, as supplies will be limited onsite.

This is a free event and will last two hours. Onsite parking is available!  

This event is weather dependent and will be rescheduled in the event of rain.
