The BHS dance team entered the large varsity division for both jazz and hip-hop for the first time, competing against almost 50 of the best teams in the nation.

"They entered the hardest division at nationals and placed in the top half – that's a huge accomplishment for their first time competing at the large varsity level at Nationals," said Jackie Dunn, who coaches the team with Jaqui Montano and Megan Palluzzi. "They had perfect performances. Props to them for facing so many of the best high school dance teams in the country."
