Five Questions for BHS Class President
Greg Nobile answers questions about his future and reflects on Branford.
Greg Nobile is known by most Branfordites. He not only is the president of the Class of 2011, a well know actor, and president of the ., but most importantly a really nice guy. He is also very fond of the town he grew up in.
Q. What are the three main tasks as President of the Class of 2011?
A. As President of the Class, my tasks involve overseeing and running the groups that plan and organize social, school spirit, and charity events throughout the year, as well as overseeing all the details of senior year from things like senior trip, senior prom, caps and gowns, and other activities.

Q. What college you are attending in fall and in what will you major?

A. I will be attending Marymount Manhattan in the fall and will be majoring in Business Administration, with a Media and Arts Management focus and minor in Communication Arts.
Q. How will you describe Branford to your future roommate?
A. I will describe Branford as a beautiful New England town that has given more to its youth than anyone could have ever asked for. Branford has an unheard of sense of community and spirit and gives back to its people over and over again.
Q. If you never returned back home to Branford, what would you want to be most remembered for?
A. I hope to be remembered as someone who always gave back to his community and was always there to lend a hand whenever someone needed it. I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to use many of Branford’s resources, and I constantly try to do everything I can to give back and inspire and encourage others to do the same.
Q. What is your favorite all time memory of growing up in Branford?
A. Branford has provided me with countless memories throughout the years that I will always look back on. Two things stick out in my mind that I will always remember and will try to make it back to Branford for, no matter where life takes me, are the Branford Festival and the BHS Spring Musical. I have been attending both events from as early as I can remember and been in awe as I watched the community come together for events like the Festival for over 27 years and the Spring Musical for over 25 years. These iconic events of the town are a tribute the unique community that generations before us have worked to cultivate.
