Nutrition Workshop at the CDR

What should you eat to stay healthy and feel great? Find out at a special nutrition workshop sponsored by the Community Dining Room (CDR) and East Shore Health Department (ESHD) on September 7 and November 2, 2011.

Led by Barbara Naclerio from ESHD, participants will learn practical nutrition tips for daily living and receive handouts to take home.

“On September 7th and November 2nd, What Should I Eat? follows the CDR's Walking for Wellness program, which begins every Wednesday at 11:30am at the CDR, 35 Harrison Street,” said Patricia Kral, Executive Director for the Community Dining Room. “It’s a healthy walking program we also sponsor with the ESHD. We heartily invite everyone and anyone to join our walking group to meet neighbors, improve their physical condition and their control their appetite. Then stay to learn ‘What to Eat?’ to stay healthy.”
