Each Class is Designed for Child and Parent to Experience Being Both Active and Relaxed Together. We Will Make a Story Come to Life on Our Mats Through Story Time Yoga. Children Will Practice Their ABC’s Through Animal Poses & Yoga Poses. Imagination Will Be Used to Design Their Own Super Hero Poses & Act Out Their Super Powers!
Feel Free to Have Your Lil One Dress Up As Their Favorite Super Hero or Animal Pose on Saturday, October 27th!!!
