Branford's Mary Visnic Graduates Prestigious Winter Sports Academy With Honors
Mary Kate Visnic graduated from Stratton Mountain School on Friday and won an award for academic excellence.
Friday was a good day for Branford's Mary Kate Visnic.
First off, Visnic graduated from Stratton Mountain School, a ski and snowboard academy based at Stratton Mountain in Vermont that serves high school students. She made the honor roll every quarter at the school, according to an SMS press release.
And if that wasn't enough, Visnic also received the SMS Alumni Association Award for academic excellence. FOX Sports Senior Producer Bill Brown served as keynote speaker at the graduation.
