Branford Schools Will Not Have Early Release Today

The nor'easter has struck Branford – snow is falling – but students are not headed home early.

Branford Public Schools have declared that there will be NO early dismissal today due to the weather conditions produced by the nor’easter. Snowfall began in Branford around 10 a.m. this morning.

All evening and afternoon school activities have been cancelled and the BOE Teaching & Learning Committee meeting has been re-scheduled for Nov. 14.

And though, we’re not super excited about the snow, especially as it comes on the tail of Sandy, we can’t deny how pretty it is. We’ve shared our first snowfall photos, so add yours HERE!
