Back To School Survival Tips Written by You!

Late last week ’s elementary school students received their classroom assignments as well their back-to-school packets from the school district. Along with teacher designation, students also received a laundry list of classroom necessities that must be purchased before the first day of school on Aug. 29.

A pair of scissors, a smock for art, 12 small glue sticks, tissues, crayons and more. As a parent you might be wondering, ‘How could my child possibly use 12 glue sticks?’ Well we can’t answer that here on Patch (if you can, please do so in the comments) but we can offer a place for readers to swap back-to-school ideas.
