Lottery To Be Held For Ballot Placement
In order to determine the order and placement of candidate names on the November municipal ballot in a fair and balanced manner, a lottery will be held Sept. 11 in Branford.
The Registrars of Voters for the Town of Branford will conduct a lottery on Wednesday, Sept. 11 to determine the order of names to appear on the Ballot for the November 5, 2013 Municipal Election.
The lottery is for the Multiple Opening Offices, including: the Board of Education, the RTM, and the Constable.
The lottery for the Republican Candidates will be held at 6pm; the lottery for Democratic Candidates will be held at 6:15pm; the lottery for the Independent Branford Voters will be at 6:30pm.
