Budget season truly comes in like lion and well, some may argue, goes out like a lion too (some may say out like lamb). Either way, as we welcome spring, we welcome the 2012-13 budget hearings, meetings and workshops.

, 11 Cherry Hill Rd, Branford, CT | Get Directions » FREE - After the 2012-13 budget hearings don’t miss the Branford Board of Finance budget workshop where they will make their budget recommendation to the RTM.
- During April, after the BOF makes their budget recommendations, the RTM committees will workshop budgets with various town departments.
- The RTM will meet Tuesday, May 8; the town budget, including the Board of Education operating and capital budgets should be approved and adopted at this time.
- The mill rate will be set at Branford High School at Youth in Government Day and then BOF will approve it.
