Window of Main Street Business Smashed Overnight

Around 11:20 p.m., Branford Police arrived to Eye Physicians and Surgeons at 1236 Main Street to find two windows facing Ivy Street smashed  – glass covered the sidewalk around the business. The business also corners Main Street where no windows appear to have been damaged. 

“At this juncture it’s under investigation,” Captain Geoff Morgan said. “Nothing was stolen,” he added.

Police did not state if they suspect the incident was an accident or an act of mischief. Officer at the scene were using a search light in the area after the incident.
