Two Arrests For DUI in Two Days
The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 13
Richard R. Magliola, 59, of East Haven was arrested at 4:46 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. The court date was set for June 22.
John R. Waskevich, 19, of Branford was arrested at 4:58 p.m. for third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for June 14.
June 14
Elizabeth Bailey, 53, of Branford was arrested at 9:35 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for June 15.
Kellie M. Power, 41, of Branford was arrested at 10:22 p.m. for driving while under the influence. The court date was set for June 29.
