Three Recently Arrested for DUI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 26

Kenneth A. Bristol, 51 of Westbrook was arrested at 9:29 a.m. for second-degree larceny and conspiracy. In the same incident, Michael A. Zingarella, Clinton, was also arrested for second-degree larceny and conspiracy. The court date for both was set for Oct. 4.

Norma Cummings, 65, of Branford was arrested at 2:31 p.m. for reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey control signal. The court date was set for Oct. 5.

Sept. 25

Christopher Olson, 42, of New Haven was arrested at 10:28 a.m. for second-degree forgery, trying to obtain controlled substance/narcotic by prescription fraud and criminal attempt. The court date was set for Oct. 4.

Sept. 24

Millicent Antonette Hansberry, 39, of New Haven was arrested at 3:30 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 4.

Linda J. Heidtmann, 57, of Branford was arrested at 1:02 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 4.

Janet Walbridge, 60, of Branford was arrested at 5 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. The court date was set for Oct. 5.

Sept. 23

Christopher M. LaViola, 38 of West Haven was arrested at 9:30 a.m.  for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 4.

Sept. 21

Michael Melillo, 50, of Branford was arrested at 9:45 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. The court date was set for Oct. 5.
