Three Arrested for Creating a Public Disturbance In Same Incident

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

October 8

John S. Kaleba, 28, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Oct. 21.

at 3 a.m. for possession of marijuana or controlled substance, possession near school within 1,500 feet, carrying gun without permit, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful discharge of firearm, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment and kidnapping. He was also arrested later in the day for violation of probation. The court was set for Oct. 11.

October 9

 Erika A. Albert, 33, of Branford was arrested at 1:31 a.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Oct. 21. In the same incident, Francesca Candela, 44, of East Haven was arrested for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Oct. 21. Also in the same incident, Robert Candela, 40, of East Haven was arrested for breach of peace. The court date was set for Oct. 18. Christopher E. Leigh, 42, of Branford was also arrested for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Oct. 21.

October 10

Raury Duffy, 32, of Madison was arrested at 2:38 a.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Oct. 21.

Tammy Frank, 41, of East Haven was arrested at 2:35 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 18.

Ryan Howell, 25, of Guilford was arrested at 3:42 a.m. for use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than on ounce of marijuana. The court date was set for Oct. 21.

Jacob S. Longyear, 19, of New Haven was arrested at 4:05 p.m. for third-degree burglary and criminal attempt. The court date was set for Oct. 18.

October 11

Arnold C. Nelson, 29, of Meriden was arrested at 5:09 p.m. for first-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, conspiracy and criminal attempt. The court date was set for Oct. 12.

October 14

Willie Cox, 45, of New Haven was arrested at 3 p.m. for fifth-degree larceny.

Bert Ferraiolo, 35, of Branford was arrested at 9:40 a.m. for fourth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 25.

Michael D. Green, 51, of Oakdale was arrested at 12 p.m. for first-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 25.

October 15

Veronica Maureen O’Brien, 57, of Branford was arrested at 10:50 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Oct. 25.

Frank E. Recupido, 53, of Branford was arrested at 9:53 p.m. for third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for Oct. 25.

Joseph P. Spezzano, 34, of North Branford was arrested at 11:42 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and operating a motor vehicle with registration/license suspended/revoked. The court date wa sset for Oct. 26.

Stephanie S. Tomasello, 46, of Branford was arrested at 4:46 a.m. for interfering with an emergency call. The court date was set for Oct. 17.

October 16

Colleen M. Murphy, 26, of Branford was arrested at 11:53 a.m. for disorderly conduct and threatening. The court date was set for Oct. 17.

Nicholas P. Zullo, 50, of Branford was arrested at 4:41 p.m for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive right and failure to renew registration.

October 18

Theresa Joan Carrasco, 47, of Branford was arrested at 10:34 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. The court date was set for Nov. 2.
