Branford scooter driver wipes out near busy intersection during rush hour.

Around 6 p.m. this evening, a Branford teen lost control of his motorized scooter and crashed into the curb at the intersection of Main and Ivy streets.

Branford Fire and Police departments responded to the scene where the victim appeared to be in good condition, according to authorities. The teen, a Branford resident – name not available at this time – walked from the accident scene to the sidewalk, said a witnesses.

Branford Fire Department Deputy Chief John Masci said the teen sustained a laceration but refused transport to the hospital.

Masci said the teen was traveling west on Main Street when he lost control of the scooter.

The intersection is busy, stated, Masci, so crews worked quickly to ensure the safety of the teen and the commuters traveling by.

rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of commandRead More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
