Recent Arrests: Larceny, Burglary and Narcotics Possession

 April 6

Taramarie Lambert, 29, of Hamden was arrested at 12:30 a.m. for sixth degree larceny and illegal use of credit card. Her court date was set for April 19.

Kenneth G. Bastian, 24, of Branford was arrested at 12:55 p.m. for disorderly conduct. His court date was set for April 7.

Gerald W. Bohannah, 39, of Wallingford was arrested at 8 p.m. for second degree harassment. His court date was set for April 7.  

Josefa Romero, 44, of Branford was arrested at 9:43 p.m. for risk of injury and third degree assault. His court date was set for April 19.

April 5

Michael J. Waselik, 45, of East Haven was arrested at 2:30 p.m. for sixth degree larceny. His court date was set for April 19.

Brittany E. Lindgren, 20, of Branford was arrested at 5:18 p.m. for third degree burglary, first degree criminal mischief, fifth degree larceny and conspiracy.

Kellie M. Powers, 40, of Branford was arrested at 9:35 p.m. for failure to keep prescription drugs in original container, possession of a controlled substance < 4 oz. of marijuana. She was arrested again at 9:44 p.m. for failure to pay or plead. Her court dates are set for April 19 and April 20.

Linda L. Lupone, 46, of West Haven was arrested at 3:10 p.m. for sixth degree larceny. Her court date was set for April 12.

Brian DiCarlo, 32, of Branford was arrested at 2:45 p.m. for forgery/falsifying prescription affix false label and second degree forgery. His court date was set for April 12.

Emily T. Mack, 19, of Wallingford was arrested at 8:08 p.m. for possession of controlled substance < 4 oz. of marijuana. Her court date was set for April 12.

Jack Naylor, 32, of Branford was arrested at 12:53 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to grant right of way at highway junction. His court date was set for April 13.

Rita Mebane-Smith, 38, of New Haven was arrested at 1:45 p.m. for sixth degree larceny and reckless driving. Her court date was set for April 12.

Catherine A. Rienzo, 53, of North Branford was arrested at 11:35 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and following too close. Her court date was set for April 13.
