February 24

Matthew Ildefonso, 20, of West Haven was arrested at 3:50 p.m. for third degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, assault on a peace officer, FM, EMS and violation of a protective order. He was due in court on February 25.

Lawrence C. Hayden, 60, of Branford was arrested at 3:45 p.m. for use and possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, sale or possession with in 1,500 feet of a school, possession within 1,500 feet of a school. He is due in court on March 8.

Giacomo F. Iovine, 21, of Branford was arrested at 4 p.m. for possession near a school, within 1,500 feet. He is due in court on March 8.

Annette K. Torrellas, 54, of Guilford was arrested at 6:25 p.m. for sixth degree larceny. Her court date is set for March 8.

February 22

Russell Douglas, 34, of New Haven was arrested at 7 a.m. for sixth degree larceny, operating a motor vehicle with registration/license suspended/revoked, no insurance. He is due in court on March 8.

Jose A. Martinex, 20, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. for sixth degree larceny, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle with a registration/license suspended/revoked.

February 19

Erelyn L. Santiago, 18, of Hamden was arrested at 9:39 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance, less than four ounces of marijuana. Her court date is set for March 1.

February 18

Kim R. Jackson, 29, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. for sixth degree larceny, issuing a bad check and forgery of symbols of value. Her court date was set for February 18.

William E. Leonardo, 20, of Hamden was arrested at 8:32 p.m. for use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, less than 4 ounces of marijuana, evading responsibility and following too close. He is due in court on March 1.
