Recent Arrests Include One Citation for Drinking While Driving

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 26

Matthew Hilton, 23, of New Haven was arrested at 12:12 a.m. for disorderly conduct. In the same incident, Vanessa Marie Wager, 23, of Branford was arrested at 12:16 a.m. for disorderly conduct.  The court date for both was set for April 26.

April 24

Joseph P. Dombrowski, 70, of Niantic was arrested at 1:57 p.m. for drinking while operating a motor vehicle. The court date was set for May 8. 

April 22 

Scott H. Bottomley, 29, of Branford was arrested at 10:01 p.m. for disorderly conduct and threatening. In the same incident, Stephanie D. Rollings, 28, of Branford was arrested for third-degree assault. The court date for both was set for April 23.

David P. Delvecchio, 43, of North Haven was arrested at 8:50 p.m. for breach of peace and violation of protective order. The court date was set for April 23.

Kenneth C. Draper, 22, of Branford was arrested at 4:47 p.m. for possession of marijuana (less than ½ ounce) and paraphernalia. The court date was set for May 4.

April 21

Glendaliz Gonzalez, 28, of Branford was arrested at 10:27 p.m. for disorderly conduct. In the same incident, Carlos Torres, 33, of Branfor was arrested for disorderly conduct. The court date for both was set for April 23.

April 20

Alexander A. Laudano, 23, of Branford was arrested at 10:30 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession near school, 1.500 feet. In the same incident, Vanessa L. Medinger, 20, of Branford was arrested for for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession near school, 1.500 feet. Medinger’s court date was set for May 1. 

April 19

Scott G. Forte, 41, of Branford was arrested at 7:15 p.m. for use and possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.  

Shane K. Baber, 33, of West Haven was arrested at 7:15 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. The court date was set for May 1.

rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of commandRead More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
