Recent Arrests Include Narcotics, Burglary and Larceny Charges

April 15

Oswin Jose Martinez, 19, of New Haven was arrested at 3:33 p.m. for driving while intoxicated under the age of 21, reckless driving, traveling too fast for conditions and following too close. The court date was set for April 25.

April 14

Kyle M. Kmietek, 21, of Middletown was arrested at 4:27 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 24. In the same incident, Rolando J. Melendez, 22, of Branford was also arrested at 4:27 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 24.

David Serra, 44, of Branford was arrested at 9 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for April 16.

Alexander A. Laudano, 23, of Branford was arrested at 1:50 a.m. for first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 24.

Vanessa Arce, 30, of New Haven was arrested at 10:01 a.m. for having a child in a motor vehicle without restraint under the age of 4, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license. The court date was set for April 27.

April 13

Eric Alicea, 29, of West Haven was arrested at 12 p.m. for failure to keep prescription drugs in the original container and possession of narcotics. The court date was set for April 24. In the same incident, Kirk A. Bankasingh, 33, of Branford was arrested at 11:19 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (less ½ oz), paraphernalia and no insurance. The court date was set for April 24.

April 12

Derek L. Smith, 35, of Branford was arrested at 9:33 a.m. for theft of a number plate/insert, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and operating vehicle with registration/license suspended or revoked. The court date was set for April 25.

April 10

Kevin Francis Bradley, 38, of Branford was arrested at 3:11 a.m. for violation of a protective order. The court date was set for April 10.

Deborah King, 39 of Branford was arrested at 10:18 a.m. for reckless driving, evading responsibility and injury/risk/impairing morals. She was later arrested at 7:09 p.m. for violation of a protective order. The court for both incidents was set for April 11.

Carlos Caracondo, 33, of Branford was arrested at 5:54 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17. In the same incident, Jenny Villalta, 24, of Branford was arrested at 5:54 p.m. for fifth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.

Cristina L. Ciccone, 25, of Branford was arrested at 10:27 p.m. for disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. The court date was set for April 10.

Maria Loarte-Azana, 22, of New Haven was arrested at 7:54 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17. In the same incident, Marilyn Peralta, 18, of New Haven was also arrested for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.
