Recent Arrests Include Narcotics, Burglary and Larceny Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 15

Oswin Jose Martinez, 19, of New Haven was arrested at 3:33 p.m. for driving while intoxicated under the age of 21, reckless driving, traveling too fast for conditions and following too close. The court date was set for April 25.

April 14

Kyle M. Kmietek, 21, of Middletown was arrested at 4:27 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 24. In the same incident, Rolando J. Melendez, 22, of Branford was also arrested at 4:27 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 24. 

David Serra, 44, of Branford was arrested at 9 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for April 16.

Alexander A.  Laudano, 23, of Branford was arrested at 1:50 a.m. for first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 24.

Vanessa Arce, 30, of New Haven was arrested at 10:01 a.m. for having a child in a motor vehicle without restraint under the age of 4, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license. The court date was set for April 27.

April 13

Eric Alicea, 29, of West Haven was arrested at 12 p.m. for failure to keep prescription drugs in the original container and possession of narcotics. The court date was set for April 24. In the same incident, Kirk A. Bankasingh, 33, of Branford was arrested at 11:19 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (less ½ oz), paraphernalia and no insurance. The court date was set for April 24.

April 12

Derek L. Smith, 35, of Branford was arrested at 9:33 a.m. for theft of a number plate/insert, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and operating vehicle with registration/license suspended or revoked. The court date was set for April 25.

April 10

Kevin Francis Bradley, 38, of Branford was arrested at 3:11 a.m. for violation of a protective order. The court date was set for April 10.

Deborah King, 39 of Branford was arrested at 10:18 a.m. for reckless driving, evading responsibility and injury/risk/impairing morals. She was later arrested at 7:09 p.m. for violation of a protective order. The court for both incidents was set for April 11.

April 9

Carlos Caracondo, 33, of Branford was arrested at 5:54 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17. In the same incident, Jenny Villalta, 24, of Branford was arrested at 5:54 p.m. for fifth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.

Cristina L. Ciccone, 25, of Branford was arrested at 10:27 p.m. for disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. The court date was set for April 10.

April 8

Ronald Joseph Hatta, 43, of Branford was arrested at 2:34 a.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for April 9.

April 7

Shawn Michael Carlson, 18, of East Haven was arrested at 12:45 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a license. The court date was set for April 18.

Jazmin Soto, 25, of New Haven was arrested at 7: 39 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.

April 6

Paul D. Desiderio, 49, of Branford was arrested at 5:29 a.m. for disorderly conduct and threatening. The court date was set for April 9.

Maria Loarte-Azana, 22, of New Haven was arrested at 7:54 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17. In the same incident, Marilyn Peralta, 18, of New Haven was also arrested for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.

April 5

Robert H. Ruggieri, 28, of Branford was arrested at 4:40 p.m. for third-degree assault, threatening, assault on an elderly/blind/disabled/pregnant or mentally retarded person and disorderly conduct. The court date was set for April 9.

Eva T. Taragowski, 68, of Branford was arrested at 2 p.m. for third-degree criminal mischief. The court date was set for April 17.

April 4

Lissette Torres, 38, of Branford was arrested at 11:23 a.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 17.

April 3

Daniel Medina, 53, of Branford was arrested at 3:30 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for April 3.

April 2

Erik Lynn, 32, of Prospect was arrested at 1 p.m. for third-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 10.

March 31

Margaret Bissell, 43, of New Haven was arrested at 2:28 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. The court date was set for April 10.

March 30

Lora A. Niro, 46, of Guilford was arrested at 12:31 p.m. for possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance<4oz. of marijuana, failure to keep prescription drugs in original container and sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 10.

March 29

Ryan C. Burton, 26, of Bethany was arrested at 6:45 a.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 10.

Vanessa L. Gonzlez, 24, of West Haven was arrested at 2:02 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 10.

March 28 

Denise Douglas, 46, of New Haven was arrested at 2:45 p.m. for carrying a dangerous weapon. The court date was set for April 10.

Torrence Gamble, 39, of New Haven was arrested at 9:45 a.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for March 28.

George L. Ernest, 51, of Branford was arrested at 6:59 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for March 10.

Kristine L. Holm, 35, of Branford was arrested a 5:24 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. The court date was set for April 11.

Albert F. Inorio, 36, of New Haven was arrested at 4:25 p.m. for second-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. The court date was set for April 10.

Deborah Marino, 41, of Branford was arrested at 3 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 10.

James N. Nicolelli, 65, of Branford was arrested at 6:59 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 10. In the same incident, Michelle A. Scoppetto, 21, of Branford was arrested at 7 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for April 10.

MaxwellDior Orkisz, 21, of Branford was arrested at 11:32 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for March 29.

Christopher A. Fasanella, 37, of New Haven was arrested at 4:18 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for April 13.

Kathleen S. Conley, 46, of New Haven was arrested at 1:30 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 3.

Annmarie Csonka, 31, of Stratford was arrested at 5:29 p.m. for injury/risk/impairing morals. The court date was set for April 3.

Michelle R. Stanton, 41, of Branford was arrested at 6:20 a.m. for disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order. The court date was set for March 26.

Dominique S. Williams, 25, of New Haven was arrested at 1:17 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for April 3.

March 25

 Carie Thompson, 42, of Meriden was arrested at 9:01 a.m. for fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and conspiracy. The court date was set for April 3.

March 24

William V. Tommesselli, 55, of New Haven was arrested at 1:30 p.m. for misuse of place, failure to keep prescription drugs in original container, sale or possession with intent to sell narcotics, hallucinogens< 5 mg, amphetamine or 1 kilo> marijuana, possession of narcotics and possession of marijuana of controlled substance. The court date was set for April 3.

March 23

Andrew C. Acquarulo, 30, of Branford was arrested at 1:22 a.m. for disorderly conduct, violation of protective order and second-degree unlawful restraint. The court date was set for March 23.

Caroline Kronkaitus, 29, of North Branford was arrested at 5:56 p.m. for animal nuisance and allowing dog to roam. The court date was set for April 6.

March 21

Kenneth J. Haffke, 43, of Branford was arrested at 7:15 a.m. for fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. The court date was set for March 21.

March 20

David M. Pepe, 37, of Wolcott, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for March 21.
