Recent Arrests Include Narcotics and Larceny Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

December 7

Christopher F. Simone, 43, of Branford was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, violation of a protective order and using/tampering motor vehicle with out permission. The court date was set for Dec. 7.

Mary E. Armstrong, 22 of New Haven was arrested at 4:56 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer. She was arrested later the same day at 5:42 a.m. for first-degree failure to appear. The court date for both arrests was set for Dec. 6.

Todd Bloomquist, 43, of Branford was arrested at 12 a.m. for first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 7.

Lori A. Hart-Noyes, 52, of Branford was arrested at 2:46 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 20.

Douglas LeBlanc, 50, of Madison was arrested at 8:06 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 20.

December 5

Mary C. Gallup, 32, of New Haven was arrested at 3:45 p.m. for risk of injury and sixth degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 20.

December 4

Mark Criscuolo, 18, of West Haven was arrested at 5:34 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of controlled substance < 4 oz. marijuana. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

Mark S. DeLuca, 29 of Branford was arrested at 10:07 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

December 3

David P. DelVecchio, 42, of New Haven was arrested at 6:33 p.m. for second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for Dec. 5.

Christopher Karpinski, 24 of East Haven was arrested at 5:58 a.m. for traveling too fast for conditions and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

December 2

Stephanie Gloria Avery, 30, of Branford was arrested at 7:35 p.m. for criminal impersonation and breach of peace. She was also arrested on three counts of second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation. Her court dates were set for Dec. 5, Dec. 13 and Dec. 19.

Cheryl L. Higgins, 53, of Branford was arrested at 6:10 p.m. for fifth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

December 1

Anthony S. Carrano, 55, of New Haven was arrested at 7: 25 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny and operating a motor vehicle with registration/license suspended or revoked. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

Nicholas S. Ferris, 33, of Clinton was arrested at 1:50 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

November 30

Rachel E. Kasprzycki, 29 of Branford was arrested at 9: 58 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance <4oz. of marijuana and disorderly conduct. The court date was set for Dec. 1.

Brenna Sulinski, 29, of West Haven was arrested at 10:00 p.m. for violation of probation and later arrested at 11:07 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny (Sulinski was also arrested earlier that evening for motor vehicle infractions). The court dates were set for Dec. 13 and Dec. 14.

November 29

Marquitta S. Pittman, 33, of West Haven was arrested at 12:40 a.m. for third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. The court date was set for Dec. 13.

November 28

Theodore J. Gagnon, 18 of Branford was arrested at 6:01 p.m. for disorderly conduct. The court date was set for Nov. 29.

November 27

Jesse Giarratano, 27, of Milford was arrested at 2:42 a.m. for second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order. The court date was set for Nov. 28.

Christopher R. Goodison, 36, of Guilford was arrested at 7:50 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. The court date was set for Dec. 7.

November 26

Brian S. Dickovick, 18, of Shelton was arrested at 10:06 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for Dec. 6.  

John Mclean Morey, 18, of Guilford was arrested at 10:06 p.m. for carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and third-degree assault. The court date was set for Dec. 6.

Daniel J. Scarpellino, 51, of East Haven was arrested at 1:30 p.m. for failure to keep prescription drugs in the original container, sale or possession with intent to sell narcotics, hallucinogen<5mg, amphetamine or 1 kilo>marijuana, possession of narcotics, first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Dec. 6.

November 24

Theodore Richard Matos, 27, of Branford was arrested at 2:51 a.m. for second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for Nov. 25.

November 23

Robert B. Baker, 59, of Branford was arrested at 12:04 a.m. for disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and threatening. The court date was set for Nov. 23.

Paul A Bombace, 38, of New Haven was arrested at 8:40 p.m. for possession of narcotics. The court date was set for Dec. 6.

Erica M. Sagnella, 31, of East Haven was arrested at 4:58 a.m. for two counts of first-degree robbery and conspiracy. The court date was set for Dec. 6. The case was dismissed in New Haven court on Jan. 23.
