August 15

Jose Manuel Heredia, 22, of New Haven was arrested at 1:27 a.m. for third-degree burglary and criminal attempt. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

August 14

Crystak L. Goodwin, 29, of Branford was arrested at 7:30 p.m. for second-degree harassment. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

Michele Hope Kerigan, 35, of Stratford was arrested at 2 p.m. for fourth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

August 13

Feng Fa Xing, 72, of Hamden was arrested at 10:05 a.m. for simple trespass.

Laurie Francoeur, 48, of East Haven was arrested at 7:29 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for August 21.

Mark D. Shaw, 31, of East Haven was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on two counts of forth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Aug. 21.

August 12 

John P. Woff, 42, of Waterbury was arrested at 10:34 a.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 13. 

August 11

Michael David Bauer, 31, of Branford was arrested at 3:15 p.m. for third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 21. 

August 10

Paul Mitchell, 21, of Branford was arrested at 8:30 a.m. for third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 10.

August 9

William J. Mitchard, 34 of Meriden, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. for weapons in motor vehicle, fifth-degree larceny and criminal possession of a gun. In the same incident, Daniel M. Read, 21 of Durham, was arrested for weapons in motor vehicle and fifth-degree larceny. In the same incident, Michael C. Sheehy, 29, of Meriden was arrested for weapons in motor vehicle, fifth-degree larceny, criminal possession of a gun, misuse of plate, theft of plate/insert, failure to drive right and possession of marijuana (less than ½ ounce), paraphernalia.

Michelle A. Scoppetto, 22 of Branford, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. for second-degree criminal damage to landlord’s property by tenant. The court date was set for Aug. 21.

August 7 

Joshua Carmen, 37, homeless, was arrested 5:04 p.m. for first-degree larceny, possession of narcotics an possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse Clark, 22 of Wallingford, was arrested at 12 a.m. for 2nd degree harassment and threatening. The court date was set for Aug. 8.

Joseph T. McArdle, 20, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. for illegal cultivation of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance, less than four ounces of marijuana.

Jill A. Stenger, 43, of Branford was arrested at 9:22 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Aug. 24.

Gordon A. Thompson, 45, of New Haven was arrested at 1:50 a.m. for third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, two counts of second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation. The court date was set for Aug. 7.

August 5

James Lewis, 49 ,of Southington was arrested at 4:28 p.m. for third-degree assault and breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 14.

Jules A. Lussier, 59, of Branford was arrested at 10:29 p.m. for fourth-degree sexual assault and breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 5.

August 4

Gerald L. Cretella, 71, of Branford was arrested at 12 p.m. for disorderly conduct, threatening and injury/risk/impairing morals. The court date was set for Aug. 6.

Paul J. Monaco, 40, of West Haven was arrested at 5:22 p.m. for violation of probation. The court date was set for Aug. 6

Christine A. Murphy, 27 of Branford was arrested at 5:25 a.m. for creating a public disturbance.

Cynthia A. Calello, 44, of Branford was arrested at 7:36 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Aug. 14.

Lisa A. Konesky, 37, of Branford was arrested at 5:26 p.m. second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. The court date was set for Aug. 7.

August 3

Michael D. Smith, 33 of Bridgeport was arrested at 9:20 p.m. for threatening, second-degree harassment and breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 14.

Robert A. Teulings, 18 of Branford was arrested at 3:23 p.m. for third-degree assault. The court date was set for Aug. 14.

Ronald M. Torello, 53 of East Haven was arrested at 5:22 a.m. for disorderly conduct and threatening. The court date was set for Aug. 3.

July 31

Thomas A. Bertino, 51 of Eagle Bridge, NY was arrested at 2:18 a.m. for possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance <4 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep prescription drugs in original container. The court date was set for July 31.

Michael George O’Keefe, 57, homeless, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court date was set for Aug. 17.

John F. Sullo, 35, of East Haven was arrested at 2:30 p.m. for third-degree larceny. The court date was set for Aug. 14.

July 30

Everett W. Banning, 27 of Clinton, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of a hallucinogen or 4oz.>marijuana, possession near school 1,500 feet. In the same incident, Jodi Mittica, 24 of Westbrook was arrested at 5 p.m. for possession of a hallucinogen or 4oz.>marijuana, possession near school 1,500 feet. The court date was set for Aug. 7.

July 29

Patrick A, Demiris, 27 of Westbrook, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. for possession of narcotics. The court date was set for Aug. 7.

John R. Fisher, 65 of Branford was arrested at 1 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. The court date was set for Aug. 8.

Richard S. Rogers, 46, of Branford was arrested at 11:11 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and running from the police. The court date was set for July 30.
