Police Logs: Threatening, Trespassing, and Larceny

August 22

Justin Frederick, 22, of Manchester was arrested at 11:50 p.m. for threatening. The court date was set for Aug. 23.

David K. White, 26, was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than ½ ounce) and paraphernalia. The court date was set for Sept. 7.

Rinaldo D. Orifice, 44, of Branford was arrested at 9 a.m. for fourth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Sept. 4.

August 20 & 21

August 19

Nicholas J. Fucci, 20, of East Haven was arrested at 1:30 p.m. for fourth-degree larceny. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

Deborah L. Prince, 49, homeless, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. for criminal trespassing. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

Timothy James Michael Rafalko, 26, of Stratford, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. for violation of a protective order and violation of a restraining order. 

August 18

Eric Altmeyer, 37, of Wolcott was arrested at 10:21 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for Aug. 28. In the same incident Ralston Austin Donaldson, 24, of New Haven was arrested for third-degree assault. The court date was set for Aug. 28.

Steven P. Tannoia, 41, of Clinton was arrested for 11:57 p.m. for breach of peace and threatening. The court date was set for Aug. 28.
