Party of Four Cited for Assault and Breach of Peace in Recent Arrests

January 9

Brian T. Malone, 44, of Branford was arrested at 9:42 p.m. for breach of peace. The court date was set for Jan. 10.

January 8

Edward M. Poulin, 24, of East Haven was arrested at 2:09 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to have headlamps lit. The court date was set for Jan. 18.

January 7

Evelyn Rodriguez, 24, of Branford was arrested at 7:50 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. In the same incident, Erin O. Smith, 24, of Branford was also arrested for creating a public disturbance. Both are due to appear in court on Jan. 20.

Richard Cardinail, 43, of Branford was arrested at 5:30 p.m. for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. The court date was set for Jan. 9.

Sara B. Cosgrove, 33, of Branford was arrested at 8:50 p.m. for creating a public disturbance. The court was set for Jan. 20.

Michael Litevich, 29, of Westbrook was arrested at 9:26 p.m. for possession of marijuana (less than ½ ounce) and paraphernalia, failure to obey control signal and passing on the right. The court date was set for Jan. 20.

The court date was set for Jan. 10. In the same incident, Anthony M. Young, 50, of New Haven was arrested at 5:15 p.m. for third-degree assault. The court date was set for Jan. 10.
