Larceny & Criminal Mischief: Branford Police Arrests
The following arrest information is supplied to Patch by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On September 26, the following arrests were conducted by Branford Police including the arrest of Augusto DiMarzo, 27, of Forest Hills Road in West Haven, who was charged with larceny in the fourth degree. The arresting officer was Marc Andrew.
Jeffrey Kasperzyk, 31, of Stonegate Circle in Branford was arrested and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, conspiracy, and failure to respond to an infraction. The arresting officers were Patrick Moynihan and Luigi Amasino.
Nolan Whiteman, 26, of Horsepond Road in Madison was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree. The arresting officer was Luigi Amasino.

On September 25, Branford Police arrested Peter Gaudioso, 36, of Harold Avenue in Milford with charges of criminal mischief in the second degree and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Robert Hart.
On September 27, Branford Police arrested Louis Desiderio, 46, of Gentile Place in Branford with charges of breach of peace. The arresting officer was Peter Kendzierski.
