Larceny & Conspiracy: Branford Police Arrests

The following arrest information is provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

September 22

Joseph McArdle, 21, of Stonegate Circle in Branford was arrested and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree. The arresting officer was Nicholas Torino. 

Police arrested Juan Sartillo, 30, of Welton Street in New Haven with charges of reckless driving, operating while under the influence, and operating without a license. The arresting officer was James Cox.

September 21

Branford Police arrested Cindy Chica, 19, of Hall Avenue in Wallingford with charges of violating a protective order. The arresting officer was Jay Kaufman.

Wendy Chicas, 32, of Greta Street in West Haven was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree. The arresting officer was James Cox. 

Police arrested Michael Gatavaski, 29, of Glenmoor Drive in East Haven with charges of breach of peace and assault in the third degree. The arresting officer was Patrick Moynihan. 

Joaquin Gutierrez, 28, of Greta Street in West Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy. The arresting officer was James Cox. 

Police arrested Ally Janis, 23, of Eighth Avenue in Branford with charges of operating while under the influence and failing to drive in the proper lane.  The arresting officer was Robert Hart. 

George St. John, 18, of Messina Drive in East Haven was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order. The arresting officer was Jay Kaufman.

September 19 

Police arrested Colleen Allen, 57, of no listed address on the police report, with charges of disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Bret Johnson. 

Paul Bombace, 40, of Stone Ridge Lane in Branford was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fifth degree as well as failing to respond to an infraction. The arresting officer was Jay Kaufman. 

Police arrested Kaitlyn Pera, 23, of Fulton Street in New Haven with charges of larceny in the third degree. The arresting officer was Dominick Eula.

September 18

Branford Police arrested Paul Porto, 27, of Grant Street in New Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree. The arresting officer was Robert Hart.

Amber Robinson, 25, of Florence Road in Branford was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury/impairing the morals, reckless endangerment in the first degree and strangulation in the first degree. The arresting officer was Patrick Moynihan.
