Christian Santiago, 26, of New Haven was arrested at 10:30 p.m. for first degree harassment. 

Eric Bennett, 45, of Branford was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Mr. Bennett was charged with a DUI, driving in the right hand lane, and possession of a controlled substance.
