Identity Theft & Criminal Trespass: Branford Police Arrests

The following arrest information is supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

September 13

John Sanford, 56, of Briarwood Road in Branford was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. John E. Sanford, 22, of Carriage Patch South in Milford was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Rashaad Roach. 

Police arrested Matthew Smith, 29, of Kneen Street in Shelton with charges of criminal trespass in the first degree and larceny in the sixth degree. The arresting officer was Melissa Carney.

September 12

Branford Police arrested David Badorek, 21, of Charnes Drive in East Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree. The arresting officer was Lawrence Rooney.

Sarah Mensah, 25, of Glenn Road in East Harford was arrested by the Branford Police and charged with the following: larceny in the third degree; illegal use of a credit card; receipt of goods and/or services obtained illegally; identity theft in the third degree; forgery in the third degree. The arresting officer was Arthur Ferris. 

Police arrested Christoper Oshea, 41, of Meadowwood Road in Branford with charges of failure to appear in the second degree. The arresting officer was Daniel Travisano. 

September 11

Henry C. Castellon, 83, of Oak Gate Drive in Branford and Henry F. Castellon, 62, of the same address were arrested. Both were charged with breach of peace. The arresting officer was John Campanelli. 

Police arrested Kimberly Viel, 22, of Montoya Circle in Branford with charges of breach of peace and threatening. The arresting officer was John Abely. 

Bogumila Zielinski, 60, of Alps Road in Branford was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and larceny in the sixth degree. The arresting officer was Nicholas Torino.
