East Haven Police Arrests for Dec. 5 to Dec. 11

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Nicholas Proto, 19, of Jardin Drive in East Haven, was charged Dec. 11 with second-degree criminal mischief. A bond amount of $1,500 and he was expected to appear in court Dec. 19. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Pedro Diaz, 45, of Ferry Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 11 with reckless driving, injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and first-degree reckless endangerment. No bond was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20. Arresting officer: Carlos Roman.

Jeffrey Feldenzer, 50, of Laurel Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 11 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Jonathan Hill Chieppo, 50, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 10 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11. Arresting officer: Stephen Paulson.

Michael John Waselik, 47, of Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven, was charged Dec. 10 with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Silvino Julianelle, 54, of Hill Top Road in East Have, was charged Dec. 10 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to renew driver's license.  A bond amount of $2.500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Yvonne Andrews, 46, of Swift Street in Branford, was charged Dec. 9 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Rita Weted, 63, of Swift Street in Branford, was charged Dec. 9 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Derek L. Sparks, 26, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 8 with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Hugo Mendez, 27, of Duncan Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 8 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving in an improper lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Tania Tyrrell, 41, of Second Avenue in East Haven, was charged Dec. 7 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. Arresting officer: Scott F. Carnignan.

Roberta DelGobbo, 50, was charged Dec. 7 with two count of risk to injury. A bond amount of $500 was set and was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Vailette.

Dominic A. Pagano, 41, of Hunting Avenue in New Haven, was charged Dec. 6 with failure to respond to an infraction. He was charged Dec. 6 with failure to resend to an infraction and a bond amount of $500 was set. Arresting officer: Scott F. Carnigan.sk of injury. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Vailette.

Ronald Gabrell Mariano, 29, of Summit Avenue in East Haven, was charged Dec. 5 with second-degree threatening.  A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Vailette.

Marissa Ematrudo, 22, of Mill Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 5 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy

Rudolph Diaz, of Miami Street in East Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $15,000 was set.

It appears that in their holiday zeal , the EHPD has arrested Rudolph. Pedro was also nabbed. Hope the are out by 12/24!

Pinhead Rudy has been locked up at New Haven CC since the bank robbery. Must have been threatening baby momma over the prison phone. Stuuuupid... Maybe his buddy Sgt. D can get him out and home for the holidays.
