James C. Elmo, 26, of Meriden was arrested at 9:42 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance < 4 o.z. of marijuana. His court date was set for April 26.
Carlos Guaman, 28, of Branford was arrested at 11:45 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Kevin P. Care, 54, of Wallingford was arrested at 8:15 p.m. for first degree larceny. His court date was set for April 26.
