Today at approximately 9:43 a.m. a lone white male entered the New Alliance Bank located at 1372 Main St., in Coventry and committed an armed robbery. He escaped with undetermined amount of cash. The Coventry Police Department assisted by Connecticut State Police Major Crime Squad are conducting this investigation.
