Branford Police Blotter: Violation of a Protective Order, DUI, Conspiracy

The following arrest information was provided by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Eliana M. Perez, 30, of Briarwood Lane in Branford, was charged Dec. 13 with fifth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 24. Arresting officer: Joseph J. Harrington.

Christopher Salvatore Perinetti, 25, of Rabbit Rock Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 13, with criminal impersonation, violation of a protective order and a separate charge of violation of probation. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16 for the first set of charges and Jan. 7 for the second. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew.

Candace M. Rafferty, 28, of Elm Street in Branford, was charged Dec. 13 with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a registration and/or license that has been suspended or revoked, operation while under the influence, failure to have headlamps lit and littering. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.

Marina M. Pujols, 32, of Lombard Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 10 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Corianne Dionne.
