John W. Dobbins, 70, of Island View Avenue, Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer and breach of peace at 8:53 p.m. on July 4. His court date was set for July 16. Arresting officer: M. Andrew

Ana Gonzalez, 50, of Monticello Drive, Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 11:07 p.m. on July 4. Her court date was set for July 5. Arresting officer: M. Carney

Alec Thibodeau, 20, of Gorham Avenue, Hamden, was charged with possession of < 1/2 ounce cannabis-type substance at 11:27 p.m. on July 4. His court date was set for July 19. Arresting officer: J. Carangelo
