Daniel J. Rodriguez, 22, of Hyde Street, New Haven, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, breach of peace and third-degree assault at 5:45 p.m.; with first-degree failure to appear at 6:33 p.m.; and with second-degree failure to appear at 8 p.m. on July 22. His court date was set for July 23. Arresting officer: J. Abely 

John Dobrucky, 47, of William Street, Greenwich, was charged with no insurance, operation under the influence and following too close at 11:04 p.m. on July 22. His court date was set for July 31. Arresting officer: J. Harrington

Brian H. Seymour, 53, of Pearl Street, North Branford, was charged with walking under the influence at 8:26 p.m. on July 23. His court date was set for Aug. 9. Arresting officer: R. Roach
