Joseph Ryan O’Neil, 31, of Whalley Avenue, New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. on Jan. 24. Arresting officer: William DeGoursey

Matthew M. Davis, 31, of Baypath Way, Branford, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny at 5 p.m. on Jan. 25. His court date was set for Feb. 5. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moniyhan

Kory J. Downs, 38 of Soundview Heights, Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint at 9:06 p.m. on Jan. 25. His court date was set for Jan. 28. Arresting officer: Corrianne Dionne

David G. Moon, 26, of Edwards Street, East Haven, was charged with failure to keep prescription drugs in original container, sale or possession of narcotics/ hallucinogenics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics at 9:44 p.m. on Jan. 25. His court date was set for Feb. 5. Arresting officer: Dominick B. Eula

Tamara Sytch, 40, of Stone Ridge Lane, Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 10:05 p.m. on Jan. 25. Her court date was set for Jan. 28. Arresting officer: Rashaad A. Roach

Zachary Putnam, 33, of Jefferson Road, Branford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:57 a.m. on Jan. 26. His court date was set for Feb. 5. Arresting officer: Arthur C. Ferris
