Branford Police Blotter: Jan. 21 to 23, 2013

Angel Diaz, of Chamber Street, New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 11:50 p.m. on Jan. 21. His court date was set for Jan. 29. Arresting officer: John G. Campanelli

Alexander Kates, 33, of Second Street, Jamestown (NY), was charged with operation while under the influence at 1:05 a.m. on Jan. 21. His court date was set for Jan. 30. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew

Nathaniel Wharton, 31, of Yarmouth Road, Norwalk, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 22. His court date was set for Feb. 1. Arresting officer Peter Kendzierski

Matthew P. Bigos, 43, of Hillside Avenue, Branford, was charged with issuing a bad check at 4 p.m. on Jan. 22. His court date was set for Feb. 5. Arresting officer: Stanley Konesky III

Andrew E. Parris, 18, of Stone Ridge Lane, Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct at 4:56 p.m. on Jan. 22. His court date was set for Jan. 23. Arresting officer: Bret C. Johnson

Angela Cintron, 22, of Eleventh Street, Derby, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault at 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 23. Her court date was set for Jan. 24. Arresting officer: Bret C. Johnson
