Joseph S. Kardisco, 45, of Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy at 1 p.m. on Jan. 18. Arresting officer: Jay Kaufman

Mark S. DeLuca, 30, of Florence Road, Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:23 p.m. on Jan. 18. His court date was set for Jan. 29. Arresting officer: Arthur G Feris

Daniel J. Scarpellino, 52, of Mansfield Grove Road, East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 18. His court date was set for Jan. 29. Arresting officer: John G. Campanelli

Andrew Martin Grazio, 22, of Short Beach Road, Branford, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane at 4 a.m. on Jan. 19. His court date was set for Jan. 30. Arresting officer: Matthew Clerkin

William C. Maddox, 42, of Banyan Street, Panama City Beach (FL), was charged with breach of peace at 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 20. His court date was set for Jan. 29. Arresting officer: Lue Sobieraj

Stacy A. Mosco, 41, of George Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:44 p.m. on Jan. 20. Arresting officer: Rashaad A. Roach
