Deborah A. Marcella, 47, of Chestnut Street, Branford, was charged with operation with suspended/revoked license, operation while under the influence and unsafe movement from stopped car at 1:10 p.m. on Feb. 3. Her court date was set for Feb. 13. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Beno

John Cretella, 42, of Foxon Street, New Haven, was charged with breach of peace at 2:57 p.m. on Feb. 4. His court date was set for Feb. 19. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney

Gerald McAfee, 41, of Meadow Street, Branford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 6. His court date was set for Feb. 19. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson

Vivan Ferraro, 57, of St. John Street, North Haven, was charged with first-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 6. Her court date was set for Feb. 19. Arresting officer: Paul Perrotti

Ijaz A. Mirza, 58, of Claudia Drive, West Haven, was charged with illegal sale of tobacco to a minor (first offense) at 11:18 am. on Feb. 6. Arresting officer: Ronald Washington

John Picard, 45, of Pine Orchard Road, Branford, was charged with illegal sale of tobacco to a minor (first offense) at 11:18 am. on Feb. 6. Arresting officer: Ronald Washington

Dennis Gaetano, 66, of West Spring Street, West Haven, was charged with illegal sale of tobacco to a minor (first offense) at 1 p.m. on Feb. 6. Arresting officer: Ronald Washington

Edilyn Rodriguez, 23, of Lines Street, New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 5 p.m. on Feb. 6. Her court date was set for Feb. 19. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew
