Branford Police Blotter: Feb. 16 to 18, 2013

David Cruz, 20, of Justice Street, Stratford, was charged with operation while under the influence and driving right-hand lane at 2:31 a.m. on Feb. 16. His court date was set for Feb. 27. Arresting officer: Lue Sobieraj

James J. Pinski, 54, of O’Neill Lane, Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive right and possession of narcotics at 9:35 p.m. on Feb. 16. Arresting officer: John L. Abely

Jason D. Wells, 30, of Montoya Drive, Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12 p.m. and first-degree failure to appear at 12:35 p.m. on Feb. 17. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson and Josef J. Herten

Matthew Ferrucci, 43, of East Farms Road, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 18. His court date was set for Feb. 26. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante

Michael Harvin, 47, of Barnes Avenue, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 18. Arresting officer: Patrick W. Moynihan
