Branford Police Blotter: Feb. 13 to 15, 2013

The following arrest information was supplied by the Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Christopher M. Maricondi, 31, of Gerrish Avenue, East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 14. His court date was set for Feb. 26. Arresting officer: David J. Atkinson

Frank William Hubbell, 42, of Indian Neck Avenue, Branford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey stop sign and operation while under the influence at 3:53 p.m. on Feb. 14. His court date was set for Feb. 27. Arresting officer: Bret C. Johnson

Brian J. Davis, 29, of Terrace Avenue, Niantic, was charged with failure to keep prescription drug in original container, possession of narcotics and possession of controlled substance (<4 ounces of marijuana) at 1:21 a.m. on Feb. 14. His court date was set for Feb. 26. Arresting officer: Christopher G. Manner

John J. Walker, 54, of State Street, Guilford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny at 7:24 p.m. on Feb. 15. His court date was set for Feb. 26. Arresting officer: Marc T. Andrew

rather harsh and does not mention Congress or that fact that any CEO expects their chain of commandRead More to do the job assigned. The events of the last few years, the endless wars, homeland terrorism etc. Not an easy time for any Commander -in Chief. When an article simply slams and does not balance with positive accomplishments, it is hard to see the readers point of view
