Branford Police Blotter: Failure to Notify of Address Change, Issuing a Bad Check, Possession of Cannabis-Type Substance

Steven J. Aceto, 55, of Montoya Drive, was charged Jan. 17 with failure to notify of address change and failure to obey control signal. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 28 for the first charge listed and Jan. 31 for the second charge listed. Arresting officers: Paul Perrotti.

William A Barron, 22, of Vineyard Road in Branford, was charged Jan. 17 with possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance. No court date listed. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante.

Lauren DeCristofaro, 34, of Haverford Street in Hamden, was charged Jan. 18 with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. Arresting officer: John L. Abely. 

Ricky Ives, 62, of Chestnut Street in Branford, was charged Jan. 17 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 21. Arresting officer: Rashaad A. Roach.

Andres D Libreros-Moreno, 25, of Valley Road in North Branford, was charged Jan. 17 with possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance. No court date listed. Arresting officer: Michael P. Amarante.

Melissa Marsh, 37, of Captain Thomas Boulevard in West Haven, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree harassment. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 28. Arresting officer: Melissa Carney.

Robert J. Shine, 34, Liberty Street in Danbury, was charged Jan. 18 with issuing a bad check. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 28. Arresting officer: Josef J. Herten.

Jenny Villalta, 26, of Church Street in Branford, was charged Jan. 28 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to be in court Jan. 28. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney.

John D. Warfield, 45, of Alex Warfield Road in Branford, was charged Jan. 19 with disorderly conduct and interference with an emergency call. He was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 21. Arresting officer: Lawrence Rooney.
